Successful weight management is a matter of learning and
practicing new skills, not will power. Turning Point focuses on teaching skills for decreasing calories, increasing physical activity and eating more vegetables and fruits to manage weight and overall health. Improving health is an important goal of weight loss. Data shows dramatic improvements in overall health as a result of participating in HMR's weightloss program and learning to make sensible changes in diet and lifestyle.
